**Job Summary**
As our Senior Manager of Remote Services, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service to our remote members. You'll be a hands-on leader who can identify opportunities for growth and improvement, recommend and implement solutions, and drive results through metrics, processes, and accountability. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of customer service professionals in delivering exceptional service to remote members
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
* Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, recommend and implement solutions
* Drive results through metrics, processes, and accountability
* Build a scalable remote platform that meets the needs of our members
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members, agents, and internal teams
* Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
* Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* 7+ years' experience in leading a multifaceted contact center and remote sales, servicing, and delivery of products and services
* Prior experience managing a contact center with a minimum of 30+ agents
* Banking and/or financial services experience required
* Bachelor's degree
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in sales management, cross-selling, and strengthening relationships
* Ability to build a scalable remote platform
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center operations
* Experience with performance-based bonuses and incentive metrics
