Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics, with a strong track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Experience with complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects, including process design and workflow optimization
- A proven commitment to safety as a core value, with a strong focus on risk reduction and mitigation
- A solid foundation in defect reduction, process, manufacturing, or engineering, with the ability to understand workflow and throughput in operations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and teams
- A demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with a strong focus on talent development and growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform business decisions
- Experience with Google Suite products and other operational management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
