Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of Customer technique, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and 20 countries.
Job Summary
As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of Customer method. You will work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to develop and maintain our new Voice of Customer technique. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics
- Working closely with utility teams to define, body, and capture commercial enterprise needs
- Growing information of Voice of Purchaser methods and leveraging the same to outline and transform the facts within the Cornerstone large data platform
- Designing and building sturdy records model architecture to aid most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions
- Enabling big statistics and batch/actual-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions
- Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystem
- Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
