Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, as well as at least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling. You should also have a strong knowledge of academic policies and procedures, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to learn technical skills quickly. A pleasant phone manner and strong customer support focus are also essential, as you will be working closely with students and responding to their inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
