About the Role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical talent to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, full-cycle technical recruiting for critical, hard-to-fill positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies, including building pipelines for current and future needs, and conduct regular business partner meetings to educate them on recruiting best practices and market data.
- Handle the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/rejection, and collaborate with business partners on all negotiations.
- Build a pipeline of diverse technical candidates to fill current and future needs of the organization, and initiate contact with potential qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcing.
- Manage applicant tracking system data and inform the team of overall recruitment status and progress, ensuring that our recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2-5 years of experience in a recruiting role for a high-growth tech startup, with a proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates, including passive candidates.
- Experience with technical positions, such as Full Stack Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other key roles, and a successful history of staffing positions at all technical levels.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with priorities constantly shifting, and a keen interest in technical matters, including engineering, IT, and technology.
- Proficiency with internet search and navigation, and strong communication skills, including phone, email, and writing, with a sales-oriented and self-motivated approach.
