- Attend and participate in team meetings and required training sessions, staying updated on the latest developments and best practices.
- Provide mentoring to other Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) as needed, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
- Follow all safety, ethics, human resources, and security policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), combined with one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft routine reports and correspondence effectively.
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret instructions and solve practical problems.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changes in work instructions and procedures.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service or technical support, familiarity with database management, and proficiency in multiple software applications.
