Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Project Manager to join our team. As a Third Party Risk Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide oversight and governance activities performed by third-party risk management teams. You will facilitate the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments, monitor and report on compliance with enterprise-wide policy and procedures, and actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues. Key Responsibilities
- Execute governance activities associated with third-party risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks
- Validate issues identified on third-party transactions and escalate them for review and remediation
- Facilitate the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments
- Collaborate and build relationships with different business partners and provide guidance regarding program requirements on the onboarding and management of third-party transactions
- Assist with the compilation and reconciliation of third-party reporting data for reports
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management
- Monitor and report on compliance with enterprise-wide policy and procedures for assessing, onboarding, managing, monitoring, and terminating third-party transactions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
If you have the following qualifications, you will be highly competitive for this role:
- 4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certification
- Experience with third-party risk management, governance, and compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop creative solutions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
