- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple applications and systems to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve the customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills, and stay up-to-date with the latest Turbo Tax products and services
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free, home office environment with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Strong typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
