As a Virtual Executive Assistant to senior leaders at Disney, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing high-level administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior leaders, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and team members
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactively anticipate the needs of senior leaders, identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and managing competing demands
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support as needed
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve workflows and processes
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting a VP or senior leader in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support, with a strong understanding of business operations and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SAP and Agree systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
