About the Role
As a Work From Home Customer Service Reservation Sales Representative, you will be the face of Enterprise Rent-A-Car, interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls (80-100 daily) to book quality reservations across our three brands worldwide, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.
- Receive and apply feedback from managers to continually improve call quality, adopting best practices and refining your sales techniques.
- Efficiently guide conversations, leveraging sales techniques to convert calls into reservations, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience that fosters loyalty and repeat business.
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics, contributing to the overall performance and goals of the team.
- Adhere to a set full-time schedule, ensuring consistent availability and reliability for our customers and team.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Currently reside in the state of Tennessee, specifically in Nashville or the immediate surrounding area.
- Have at least one year of sales or call center experience, demonstrating your ability to handle customer interactions, manage sales conversations, and achieve targets.
- Possess a permanent residence with a defined workspace that is free from distractions, allowing you to focus on your work and deliver high-quality performance.
- Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from Enterprise Rent-A-Car now or in the future.
- Be at least 18 years old, ensuring you have the maturity and responsibility to work independently in a remote setting.
- Be willing to travel to Nashville to complete the I-9 process in person if hired, complying with the necessary employment verification procedures.
Technical Qualifications for Your Home Office
To ensure a seamless and productive work-from-home experience, you must have:
