Job Details: Workday Talent Consultant
- Client Location: Knoxville, TN / Remote Position
- Duration: 3+ Months (could go beyond)
- Preferred Time Zone: Eastern or Central time zone, but Western zone can be accommodated
- Travel Requirements: None
Key Responsibilities: Providing Technical Support and Configuration Expertise
As a Workday Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to clients' Workday Talent application
- Demonstrating new capabilities to HR stakeholders as a Configurator
- Utilizing your expertise in Workday Talent areas such as:
- Give and get feedback
- Mid-year updates
- Performance assessment launch
- Co-authoring
- Assess potential
- Talent pools
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Providing production support assistance as needed
- Consulting on new release functionality
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Active, recent Workday experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Workday certification
- Experience in Workday Talent management and configuration
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in multiple Workday modules
- Previous experience as a Workday Configurator
- Familiarity with IT service management best practices
