At Tenthpin, we are seeking for a Finance Specialist to join our internal team in Poland, supporting key accounting and Procure-to-Pay activities in an international environment.
The Opportunity:
This role is ideal for professionals with 2–6 years of experience who thrive in detail-oriented financial processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and accounting operations
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, month-end closing activities, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to month-end closing and financial reporting tasks
- Maintain high-quality data integrity and documentation standards
- Ensure adherence to compliance and internal control frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
- Provide support during audits and regulatory processes
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
Your experience:
- 2–6 years of experience in P2P, Accounting, or Finance operations
- Good understanding of Polish accounting standards and basic German GAAP
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel required)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
- Structured, organized, and proactive way of working
- Strong communication skills in an international environment
- Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent Polish and basic German and English skills (reading and conversational level)
