Role Summary:
This is a hands-on production-focused role where you’ll primarily work with ready-made templates. Instead of designing from scratch, your main task will be to adapt and customize existing materials — ensuring consistency, creativity, and quick turnaround. If you thrive on detail, efficiency, and bringing visuals to life, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt ready-made templates to create new variations of visuals and videos.
- Modify texts, colors, images, and small design details as required.
- Ensure consistent visual quality while delivering multiple versions of assets.
- Render 8–10 second video clips from provided templates using a powerful workstation.
- Collaborate remotely, following business hours in the Estonian time zone.
- Deliver polished, final visuals/videos on schedule.
Your Skills and Competences:
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop).
- Experience with Blender for 3D work and rendering.
- After Effects skills are a strong plus.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Access to a high-performance computer capable of rendering short animations.
- Comfortable working in sync with Estonian business hours- 8 hours of work per day (commencing at 10:00 AM)
- Good English communication skills for collaboration and feedback.
