Ivy House Creative is a boutique, anti-agency marketing studio partnering with thoughtful, design-forward, and mission-driven brands. We’re looking for a freelance paid ads specialist to support Google and social ad management on a super part-time, ongoing basis.
This role is ideal for someone who knows paid media inside and out, works efficiently, and wants flexible, consistent hours without the chaos of a full-time agency grind.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Support paid social campaigns (primarily Meta)
• Monitor performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting
• Test and refine creative and ad copy in collaboration with our team
• Flag opportunities, issues, and quick wins proactively
• Keep ad accounts clean, organized, and conversion-focused
What We’re Looking For
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies
• Clear communicator (Slack friendly)
• Agency or multi-client experience strongly preferred
