Role Overview:
Are you anexperienced recruiter looking to earn extra income on a flexible schedule? Joinour team as a Freelance Recruiter! This role involves working remotely tosupport our internal recruitment team on a project-by-project basis. You’llplay a key role in delivering top-notch talent to our clients within agreedtimelines.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the internalrecruitment team to understand specific role requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlistqualified candidates using various platforms and tools.
- Conduct initial interviews toevaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Provide regular updates oncandidate pipelines and progress.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as arecruiter (1-2 years minimum), with a track record of successful placements.
