Key Responsibilities:
As a Freelance Travel Agent with Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and booking travel arrangements for clients using our online reservation system with multiple suppliers and direct access
- Managing all aspects of travel planning, including:
- Searching and booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and other travel-related services
- Handling expenses, tracking reimbursements, and providing support to travelers during their trips
- Issuing airline tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents
- Providing expert travel advice and information on local attractions to clients
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise
- Staying up-to-date with industry news and developments to ensure exceptional service and knowledge
- Ensuring client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
