About the Role
As a Freelance Video Editor for Newscape Studios, you'll be responsible for editing narrative animations and Machinimas from start to finish. Your expertise in video production, editing, and sound design will be essential in creating captivating content that meets our high standards. You'll work on a variety of projects, adapting to different workflows and maintaining established style formats per channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit narrative animations and Machinimas from start to finish, ensuring high-quality visuals and audio.
- Cut scenes, form intricate soundscapes, and add special effects to enhance the overall viewing experience.
- Work with various Adobe Creative Suite tools, primarily Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Adapt to different workflows and maintain established style formats per channel.
- Manage your time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborate with the editing team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless content creation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
