FSQA Document Compliance Coordinator

Gellert Global Group is a leading North American food importing company with over 100 years of experience in the industry. They are seeking a detail-oriented Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to manage supplier documentation, assist with QA-related forms, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements
• Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains
• Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed

Skills

• Thorough attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus
• 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field preferred
