About the Role
Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm—named a 2025 Best Place to Work: Law Firms—is growing and seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys managing litigation deadlines, and takes pride in helping move cases toward resolution through strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through the litigation process while helping clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
• Support attorneys in litigating personal injury cases
• Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other case-related documents
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout litigation
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and litigation scheduling
• Coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and lien holders as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized case files within our case management system
• Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization as needed
Qualifications
• 3+ years of litigation experience required
• Personal injury experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience managing a high-volume litigation caseload
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
• Experience with the Filevine case management system is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
• $55,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience
