Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm—named a 2025 Best Place to Work: Law Firms—is growing and seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys managing litigation deadlines, and takes pride in helping move cases toward resolution through strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
You’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys through the litigation process while helping clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
Support attorneys in litigating personal injury cases
Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other case-related documents
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates throughout litigation
Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and litigation scheduling
Coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, experts, and lien holders as needed
Maintain accurate and organized case files within our case management system
Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience required
Personal injury experience is preferred, but not required
Experience managing a high-volume litigation caseload
High attention to detail and follow-through
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively
Experience with the Filevine case management system is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
$55,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience
