Work Environment
This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients across Washington State. Utilizing advanced telehealth technologies, you will conduct sessions in a secure and user-friendly virtual setup, making it easier for clients to receive the support they need from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform thorough mental health assessments to ascertain each client’s needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide a minimum of 15 hours per week of one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches suited to client needs.
• Engage in ongoing therapy techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based practices to address specific behavioral health issues.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support in all areas impacting their mental health.
• Participate in professional development sessions and team meetings to share insights, learn best practices, and improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role focuses on supporting a diverse adult population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and adjustment disorders. Our clients often seek understanding and strategies to cope with life's challenges. Consequently, your ability to create a safe, empathetic space is vital for fostering trust and encouraging client engagement in therapy.
Qualifications
• What we require from you is a master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with valid licensure as either a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• You should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy to adult clients in a professional setting.
• A strong proficiency in developing and executing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Demonstrated ability in using telehealth platforms and technologies effectively for remote therapy sessions.
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience working within a telehealth framework, leveraging digital tools to enhance therapeutic delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT, will be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
