Job Summary:
As a Retail Store Associate, you will provide differentiated customer service, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential service problems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to all departments, including photo and beauty
- Performing cashier duties with precision and following company guidelines and procedures
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing records
- Assisting with opening and closing store activities, as needed
- Presenting customer support to all departments and ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- Assisting pharmacy personnel, as needed, and operating daily shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development
- Embracing and advocating for new CVS offerings and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Meet physical requirements, including standing upright on feet for sustained periods, lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force, and having close visual acuity
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a retail or customer service setting is desirable.
