Role Overview – Member Service Professional (MSP) – careerzynith Lounge
The Member Service Professional (MSP) is the front‑line ambassador of careerzynith, responsible for delivering a seamless, luxurious experience to Card Members as they enter and enjoy the careerzynith Lounge. You will act as a trusted consultant, blending hospitality, travel expertise, and concierge flair to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deepen the relationship between our members and careerzynith.
This position is based in either the Denver or Los Angeles lounge and operates on a schedule that reflects the lounge’s extended hours (05:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday through Sunday). Flexibility, teamwork, and a relentless “Customer First” mindset are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- First Impressions: Greet Card Members with genuine warmth, verify eligibility, and guide them through the check‑in process, ensuring a smooth entry into the lounge.
- Holistic Service Delivery: Provide travel assistance, reservation support, and lifestyle recommendations that align with each member’s preferences and itinerary.
