About the position
Hire5 is seeking participants for a large-scale AI training project in partnership with a leading international AI studio. This studio develops AI-powered visual content and technology used globally. This is a remote, paid opportunity that can be completed from home in under 30 minutes. The project aims to improve AI's understanding of human emotions, facial expressions, and non-verbal communication by collecting high-quality training data. Participants will record short videos demonstrating various facial expressions and emotional reactions. No specialized equipment or technical experience is required, similar to a simplified version of motion-capture technology.
Responsibilities
• Record a short video demonstrating a series of facial expressions and emotional reactions (e.g., happiness, surprise, curiosity, confusion, thoughtfulness).
• Follow in-app prompts using a smartphone to record the full sequence of required expressions and reactions.
• Ensure the full recording is completed from start to finish.
• Meet the project's quality standards for video submissions.
• Complete a short application form and upload a clear front-facing headshot.
• Participate in a screening process.
• Receive instructions and access to the AI studio's recording platform.
• Submit the recorded video for quality review.
Requirements
• Access to a smartphone with a camera.
• Ability to follow simple instructions in an app.
• Must be at least 18 years old (or meet local legal participation requirements).
• No prior experience in modeling, acting, or content creation required.
• Comfortable recording a short video of yourself.
• The full recording must be completed from start to finish.
• All required expressions and prompts must be recorded.
• Videos must meet the project's quality standards.
