Job Summary:
Were seeking a GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to design, optimize, and automate workflows, funnels, and client onboarding processes for our web/funnel design agency. You'll leverage the HighLevel platform to build scalable templates, implement advanced automations, and streamline operations ensuring seamless client experiences and data-driven efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow Design: Architect and deploy HighLevel systems for client onboarding, service delivery, and internal operations.
- Template & Funnel Development: Create visually appealing, conversion-optimized GHL templates and funnels.
- Automation & Integration: Build no-code automations and connect third-party tools (CRM, email, SMS, etc.).
- Process Optimization: Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Train staff and document processes for scalable HighLevel usage.
Qualifications:
Analytical mindset (translates data into workflow improvements).
Collaborative problem-solver (bridges tech and non-tech teams).
Proven ability to build GHL templates, automations, and client onboarding systems.
Experience with ClickFunnels or similar platforms.
