We're looking for a Founding Growth Engineer to help us grow our founder community, generate deal flow, and build AI-powered growth systems.
What You'll Do
Build AI-powered growth and outreach workflows
Automate founder sourcing and CRM processes
Improve website and landing page conversions
Launch growth experiments across LinkedIn, X, and other channels
Create dashboards to track growth metrics
Support portfolio companies with GTM and automation
What We're Looking For
Experience with AI tools and automation
Basic coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript)
Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, or HubSpot
Strong problem-solving and execution skills
Interest in startups, AI, and venture capital
