Job Title: Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Architect
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale insurance claims solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to align technology with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Define end-to-end architecture for ClaimCenter, including integrations, data models, and workflows
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Establish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices
Leadership & Governance
Provide architectural direction and mentor senior engineering teams
Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles
Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
Integration & Ecosystem
Architect integrations with Policy, Billing, CRM, and third-party systems
Oversee APIs, messaging, and batch processing frameworks
Ensure seamless interoperability across Guidewire and enterprise platforms
Strategic Initiatives
Translate insurance domain requirements into scalable technical solutions
Contribute to roadmap planning, modernization, and cloud migration
Drive innovation using cloud-native, microservices, and DevOps practices
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of IT experience, with 8–10+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter
Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter architecture and configuration
Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire APIs, and data model design
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems)
Solid understanding of insurance claims domain
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter or Solution Architect)
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
Exposure to PolicyCenter and BillingCenter integrations
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Experience with performance tuning and security best practices
Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (for portal integrations)
Prior experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programs
