About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at JCPenney Salon in Abilene, TX. As a hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, including hair cuts, styling, and chemical services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized styling services to clients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with the latest haircutting and styling techniques, continuing education through ongoing training programs.
Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols.
Requirements:
Cosmetology license in the state of Texas.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality service, exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
