The Carrier & Facility Reporting Manager is a highly visible leadership role within CRC Group’s Risk Solutions team, responsible for the accurate, consistent, and timely delivery of carrier and facility-level reporting across CRC’s proprietary capacity vehicles and external capital partner relationships. This role leads a team of Operations Analysts and serves as the functional reporting lead across a growing set of Risk Solutions initiatives — including Cornerstone Capacity, Fractal Re, and Strategic ILS engagements — with accountability for reporting operations, data quality, process modernization, and investor and reinsurer reporting. Working in close partnership with carrier operations, data engineering, and investor reporting stakeholders, this individual brings subject matter expertise to complex, non-routine reporting challenges, drives the transition from manual to automated workflows, and ensures that sophisticated institutional partners, reinsurers, and Lloyd’s counterparties receive accurate, auditable reporting on a reliable cadence. The role reports to the Head of Risk Solutions Operations & Strategic Planning.
