The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that leverage our unique expertise in adversary tradecraft to generate demand and expand our market presence within the cybersecurity industry. Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive growth and increase market share.
- Lead Generation: Lead efforts to generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote SpecterOps' products and services.
- Marketing Operations: Ensure efficient processes are implemented to improve internal response times, increase engagement, and enable internal stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive success and professional development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results and contribute to business growth
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas and strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Nice to haves
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
- Experience with open-source communities or PLG motions
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience
- $205,000 - $250,000
