The opportunity
Lendable is revolutionising the credit card industry by making financial tools accessible, intuitive, and empowering.
Zable is a Mobile-App first credit card that empowers customers to build their credit score while meeting their spending needs sustainably. We are looking for an exceptional product leader to help us scale the product exponentially.
You will report directly to our CPTO and partner with our Cards MD to: co-lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers & Engineers, define the product vision, set quarterly OKRs, and drive execution against the roadmap.
The role will cover all aspects of credit card product management, including:
Acquiring customers in an efficient and differentiated way
Improving our underwriting and fraud prevention capabilities to support best-in-class credit decisions
Building tools and leveraging AI to maximise efficiency for our Operations teams
Helping our customers build good repayment habits and supporting them when times get tough
Shaping Mobile App experience to drive activation, spend, and engagement
Scaling our in-house technology platform to support the rapidly growing customer base

Your Impact
Drive the Product Vision & Roadmap
Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product strategy & roadmap for our credit card product and motivate a large multi-disciplinary team to deliver against strategic goals. You will partner with Credit, Operations, Growth, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and other Product teams to drive cross-functional alignment and move projects forward.
Build & Mentor High-Performing Teams
Lead a team of high-calibre Product Managers, each leading their own Engineering pods and owning elements of the product. Inspire and build a culture where people seamlessly collaborate across functions, challenge the status quo, and consistently deliver best-in-class, customer-first solutions. Consistently provide clear, actionable feedback that empowers your team to grow and exceed expectations.
Drive Data-Backed Decisions
Utilise your exceptional numerical and analytical skills - leveraging analytical tools where needed (SQL/Python/Superset) - to measure the impact of new features, champion the use of A/B and multivariate experimentation and translate complex data sets into actionable insights. You understand the value of using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic investments and prioritise the backlog. You will champion the integration of AI into both product strategy and the day-to-day operations of the team.

You are relentlessly outcome-focused and have strong commercial acumen - setting clear, measurable goals and driving initiatives that deliver tangible impact for customers. You expertly navigate complex trade-offs, balancing short-term wins with sustainable growth. You’re able to make tough decisions - especially when faced with high ambiguity. You actively roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the intricate details, working side by side with your team to tackle complex challenges head-on. You are happy to take on responsibility for implementation and design decisions and enjoy a healthy dose of pressure. A willingness to investigate and solve even the smallest of customer problems is a must.
Your experience
8+ years of experience in a Strategy, Product, or Analytics role
3+ years of experience in consumer lending, ideally credit cards
3+ years of experience leading a high-performing team
