Healthcare Solutions of America is seeking licensed Health Insurance Producer to join our telesales enrollment team. All candidates must have a current Health Insurance Producer license, have current AHIP certifications, and must have proof or releases/terminations from prior uplines.
In this vital role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and compliant enrollments in Medicare Advantage plans and other benefits/ related services. Experience
Previous experience in Medicare Advantage sales is required, particularly in call-center/telesales is a strong preference.
Familiarity with benefits administration is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities
• Assist potential members in understanding their Medicare benefits, coverage options, and eligibility requirements prior to enrollment, through clear communication and personalized support.
• Review and verify Prescriptions, chronic conditions, or other pertinent diagnose, current care team, scheduled appointments/procedures.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and any other applicable regulations by maintaining confidentiality of patient information during all interactions.
• Collaborate with administrative and retention team to support enrolled members..
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their policy details.
• Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
• Stay up-to-date with Medicaid regulations, CMS regulations, health insurance policies, and medical terminology to provide accurate guidance on benefits and coverage options
Skills
• Proven experience in telephonic Medicare Advantage/DSNP/CSNP/other ancillary benefits.
• Strong understanding of Medicare benefits, Medicaid regulations, CMS requirements, health insurance policies.
• Experience working with individuals from underserved communities, older Americans.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and compassionately.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams including administrative team, retention specialists , and healthcare providers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements to ensure confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI).
• Strong organizational skills for managing medical records, billing documentation, and EHR data entry efficiently.
Compensations:
Pay:1099 Contractor $20.00 per hour with a chance at an increase after probationary period of at least 90 days.
Plus uncapped commission per successful enrollment.
Expected hours: at least 36+ hrs/week
