High-Ticket Sales Closer – Health & Wellness (Remote, Commission-Only)

Job Description: We are a growing premium health and wellness company offering peptide-based programs with transaction values typically ranging from $300 to $2,000+. We are seeking an experienced sales closer who can both close deals and actively generate opportunities. This is not a passive role. While some leads are provided, this position requires initiative, outreach, and disciplined follow-up. This role is best suited for someone who understands how to create momentum, not wait for it. Key Responsibilities: • Close inbound/outbound and semi-warm leads provided by the company • Proactively source new leads through: • Social media outreach • Existing connections and networks • Competitive research and market scanning • Follow up consistently via phone, text, and direct messaging • Assist in identifying new acquisition opportunities and lead sources • Maintain clear records of conversations, outcomes, and next steps • Operate independently and take ownership of results Compensation: • Commission-only • Uncapped earnings • Tiered commission increases based on performance • Opportunity for higher payout percentages and expanded responsibility after proven results This role rewards execution. Closers who perform will scale quickly. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Proven experience closing high-ticket offers ($500+) • Comfortable discussing health, wellness, or medical-adjacent products • Confident communicator with strong objection-handling skills • Self-starter who does not rely solely on provided leads • Organized, disciplined, and results-driven Experience in health, wellness, fitness, medical sales, supplements, peptides, or coaching is a strong advantage.
