Role Description
The Scheduler will oversee the day-to-day scheduling tasks to keep staff and client schedules up-to-date so operations can run smoothly. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: scheduling and payroll.
• Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, ABA family guidance, OT services, and SLP services (as applicable).
• Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules in Measure for accuracy and approving for payroll. See scheduler job aid for full details and responsibilities.
• Serves as the systems expert for Measure and, as such, field questions related to the systems.
• Monitors client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling or managing others.
• Ability to navigate technology as a remote employee.
• Position is 100% remote; however, candidates must reside in the state of MI to be considered.
Requirements
• Bachelors' degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Three to five years of business administration experience (preferred).
Benefits

• Work hours for this position are typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
