Position Overview – Hybrid Customer Service & Sales Representative

This full‑time, hybrid role is based at our Richardson, Texas hub (2270 Lakeside Blvd) and blends in‑office collaboration with remote work flexibility. You will spend three to four days each week in our modern call‑center environment, interacting with customers face‑to‑face, and one to two days working from a dedicated home office. Reporting to the Premier Service Team Lead, you will serve as the voice of careerzynith, guiding prospective and existing customers through the full lifecycle of our voice, internet, and wireless offerings. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service while actively driving sales, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities that align with careerzynith’s product portfolio.
