As a Virtual Assistant to our Managing Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization, providing comprehensive support, and contributing to the success of our business endeavors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including data entry, record-keeping, and miscellaneous tasks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Meet daily with the Managing Partner to discuss priorities, review ongoing projects, and address pressing issues.
- Attend sales and business meetings as needed, documenting meeting notes and ensuring effective communication to team members.
- Assist with executive calendar management, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Facilitate communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors as required.
- Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization, exploring internal opportunities that align with your career aspirations.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
While previous experience in data entry, data analytics, sales, business development, healthcare technology, medical billing, or CRM systems is preferred, it's not required. More importantly, we're looking for candidates who possess:
