What You Will Do
Serve as lead attorney on removal defense and federal immigration litigation. Drive legal delivery of complex cases from drafting, finalizing, explaining, to legal review, sign-off, and post-filing explanation to our clients.

Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA credited U.S. law school, active license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience (removal defense and federal litigation focus).
- Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, DOS, ICE, EOIR, and federal courts immigration procedures.
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
- Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
