About the Role: Implementation Support Specialist - Healthcare
We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Implementation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Implementation team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of project deliverables. This 100% remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with information gathering and data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support introductory emails and communications with newly onboarding customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively across multiple departments, facilitating seamless collaboration and project delivery.
- Track completion of EMR (provider and non-provider access) needed for each implementation project, and communicate outcomes in a timely manner.
- Manage the technology endpoint (cart or station) onboarding and offboarding process, prioritizing project plan timelines and collaborating with Technology Implementation and Logistics teams.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM databases to enter data, extract data, update reports, create reports, and track implementation deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support services to the Implementation team, including maintaining client relations, coordinating meetings, training, and documentation sharing.
- Maintain compliance with company policy and procedures, ensuring work and product standards are met at the highest level, including strict confidentiality of health system, provider, or non-provider personal information, and patient information.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
- 1+ year of administrative experience, with a background in healthcare being a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems.
- Effective communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to work across various departments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Healthcare experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities.
- Experience working with telemedicine technology and solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM databases.
