Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST

What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter with ProConnect, you’ll reputed company with homeowners by phone and book reputed company appointments for our in-home Design Consultants.
You will:
Book 8–10 reputed company appointments per day
Complete 200+ calls per day
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural
Build rapport quickly
Handle objections professionally
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Positive, team-oriented reputed company
