Job Description:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat
• Conduct initial intake and gather case-related information
• Schedule consultations and manage calendars
• Maintain and update client records and contact information
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members
• Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
• Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files
• Perform accurate data entry in case management systems
• Assist attorneys and case managers with follow-ups and documentation
• Handle all client and firm information with strict confidentiality
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in legal, intake, or administrative roles is a plus (not required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a remote environment
• Comfortable using case management systems and communication tools
• Required to use Hubstaff for time and productivity tracking
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
