Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Access to a laptop or smartphone and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
• Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, or chat.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while receiving ongoing training and support.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the country.
