## **Role Overview**
Mercor is hiring seasoned Investment Banking professionals to join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. The role involves contributing to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems built to mimic real-world investment banking workflows. You'll help train, test, and calibrate AI agents to better assist you with completing your daily workflows.
## **Key Responsibilities**
- Detail Day - To - Day Operations of a Investment Banking professional
- Identify useful information in documents used by other financial professionals
- Differentiate which types of documents are generally public vs. private
- Collaborate with leading AI researchers on your professional experience
## **Ideal Qualifications**
- 0 - 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally at top-tier firms such as **Goldman Sachs**, **JPMorgan**, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a a related field
- Familiarity with the documents used across capital markets, M&A deal cycles, and transaction processes
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
## **Project Timeline**
- **Start Date:** Immediate (July 2nd)
- **Duration:** 2 weeks
- **Commitment:** Part-time, Min: 8 hrs/week Max: 40 hrs/week
- **Schedule:** Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours
## **Compensation & Contract**
- **Hourly Rate:** $90–$100/hr (USD), depending on experience
- **Status:** Independent Contractor
- **Payment:** Weekly via Stripe Connect
