Location (country & city) : Remote in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, UK)
ROLE: IT Senior Business Analyst
EXPERIENCE:
2/3 years in an IT Business Analyst role within a logistics / supply chain organization
Demonstrable analytical skills
Significant knowledge and understanding of the logistics / supply chain industry and associated IT systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS, etc)
Capability to take the lead BA role on large size projects, often with high-profile international “Blue chip” clients
Comfortable in operating in a wide range of business sectors such as Healthcare, Automotives, Technology, E-Commerce, Retail, Food, etc.
Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, TMS, and testing software
ROLE DETAIL:
Take a lead role in workshops, working with internal and external key stakeholders to identify and document requirements to define the agreed scope of the project, subject to the sign-off of all parties
To act as consultant, co-ordinator and liaison between the various parties in the development / configuration build stage of the solution, working to ensure fitness for purpose
Prepare test plans and conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT) and reporting , as required, to professional quality standards, ensuring that the end-to-end data exchanges between organisations and systems works as it should, and that the client systems are correctly configured to meet the documented requirements
Support the user community in undertaking User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support the preparation of the solution for live operation
Perform implementation and post implementation support tasks, both on and off site, as required by the project.
