Key Responsibilities
As an IT Director at workwarp, you'll play a critical role in driving the success of our organization. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Actively engaging in leadership development, focusing on equity, diversity, and inclusion to drive a culture of excellence.
- Overseeing our advisory team as they manage the agency/customer technology portfolio, ensuring effective delivery and support.
- Establishing and managing effective relationships with various stakeholders, including business and IT leaders, to drive collaboration and success.
- Influencing business and IT stakeholders to help clients achieve their objectives, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Enhancing IT service credibility through effective communication and collaboration, driving trust and confidence with our clients.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet our essential qualifications, which include:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in technical IT disciplines, IT portfolio/program management, IT process and governance, business relationship management, technical or business product ownership, and technical or business strategic road mapping, planning, and delivery.
- At least 10 years of IT management experience, with a proven track record of leading technical and professional staff.
- Experience operating in a matrix environment with geographically dispersed staff, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Senior-level leadership experience, with a proven ability to work with groups of senior executives and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following preferred qualifications can help you stand out as a candidate:
- Public sector work experience, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field.
- Relevant IT certifications, such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, ADKAR, Lean, Six Sigma, or other industry-recognized credentials.
