Job Summary:
As an Area Manager - Floor, you will be responsible for communicating with individuals and groups, implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will also supervise and develop associates and leaders, identify and resolve concerns, and analyze business reports to drive productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- OR 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience
- OR 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience
- OR 2 years' supervisory experience

- Microsoft Office

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics
