As an Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the central point of contact for our customers and the internal sales team. You'll manage a variety of tasks crucial to maintaining smooth customer service and sales operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, your daily tasks will include:- Managing and responding to emails throughout the day
- Answering and handling incoming phone calls
- Running multiple reports as needed
- Gathering necessary information and documents to create customer orders
- Creating detailed work orders, including:
- Entering material and labor line items
- Typing out precise installation instructions
- Performing regular follow-ups with customers and team members
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
