We're seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
- Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and aligning with customers' needs
- Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
- Providing information about current plans and products, and identifying opportunities to position new solutions
- Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 MBPS (no satellite)
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- A quiet, secured workspace with minimal distractions
- To live in Texas (if you reside in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MS, NC, OK, SC, UT, VA, or WY, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- A professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
- The ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
