Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – National Accounts Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our National Account customers, ensuring contract compliance, and acting as a liaison between the customer, the branch, the sales representative, and corporate functions. You will maintain special and/or ancillary services for customers, research and analyze customer billing and/or account questions, and update and/or train customer service team and/or branch associates on new or changing customer requirements.
