- Process documents electronically and ensure proper classification
- Make outbound calls to doctor's offices as needed
- Sort, image, and archive documents by form type
- Verify data from automated data extraction tools
- Ensure timely transmission of processed data to appropriate parties
- Comply with all company policies and standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate through application software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
