The sky\'s the limit for those who thrive in our energetic environment, and your hard work will be rewarded with the exceptional perks you deserve.</b></p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Build strong working relationships to support growth within your account base and maximise the profit and revenue your key customers generate.</li> <li>Ensure joint business plans are put into action along with customer contact strategies.</li> <li>Focus on existing independent, strategic accounts, and actively prospect for new business.</li> <li>Work closely with the Area Sales Managers to support with any big opportunities as part of the Key Account Team.</li> <li>Maintain strong organisational skills and work cross-functionally to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver solid results.</li> </ul> <h2>About you</h2> <ul> <li>Professional with significant experience in account management and relationship building, with at least 2 years within On Trade Beverage sales experience; networking at key and multiple account level, and generating new business.</li> <li>Able to negotiate and give presentations with strong commercial acumen.</li> <li>Educated to A-level standard with a WSET Advanced qualification, with industry knowledge to win respect and trust.</li> <li>Drive and initiative; you’ll have what it takes to go far.</li> <li>Full driving licence with no more than six points.</li> </ul> <h2>About us</h2> <p>Operating through the Matthew Clark, Bibendum, Tennent’s and Bulmers Ireland brands, the C&C Group has a market leading range, scale and reach including an intimate understanding of the markets it serves.</p> <p>Together we grow, brew, manufacture, market, and deliver some of the world’s favourite drinks.
